Chia, Luxury Villa with Pool Domus de Maria

The Villa is located in a very quiet environment, about 500m from the Chia beach, one of the most intact and beautiful in Sardinia. It’s furnished and equipped to a very high level, and enjoys a magnificent view of the beach and the islets of Giudeu.

The property provides two kitchens, one inside and the other on the patio, fully accompanied. On the patio there is also a large dining table for up to 10 guests, and a large living room with armchairs and sofas, as well as the barbecue and a wood-burning pizza oven. The pool is 15 m long and in the garden there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The interior living room is large and spacious and consists of a living room overlooking Su Giudeu, a lounge around the TV, a dining area for up to 10 guests.

In addition to the master bedroom with private bathroom (which includes both the shower and the tub) there are 2 bedrooms with large double beds and 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds. In the same area of the villa there are two bathrooms.

A spacious inner courtyard provides a separate area for the laundry and the spreading of clothes.

The Villa has private parking.

Lots of activities are available in the immediate vicinity (such as golf, horse riding, mountain biking, trekking on different levels of engagement, diving, windsurfing, kitesurf, boat hire etc). The nearest beach is Campana Dune about 500 m faraway.

At 100m far from Villa La Riggiola you find La Piazzetta, which houses several bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy and newspaper kiosk.
Food and delicatessen shop at 200m, supermarket at 1km.
